Terms and Conditions


Crockery, Cutlery & Utensils:
  • Roll top chafing dish will be provided for the buffet setup.
  • Porcelain ware, stainless steel cutlery and glassware will be used throughout the event [1 sets per guest with 50% extra].
  • Perfect Match Catering & Event PLT is NOT responsible to provide any utensils and crockery for all the food and drinks that are not prepared by us. Customers are required to prepare their own utensils and crockery for the food that are not catered by us [E.g. Desserts, Cakes].

Furniture:

  • All furniture setup for guest [Eg. Round tables, oblong tables, cocktail tables, chairs and bar stools] are NOT included in the packages.
  • We could recommend our supplier for the furniture setup.
  • Oblong tables for the food will be provided.

Decorations:

  • Artificial flowers will be used as decorations on the buffet tables.
  • We recommend client to hire a professional decorator for more extensive decorations. We would be able to recommend florist/event decorator for the decorations.

VIP Tables:

  • Price quoted is inclusive of 1 VIP Table with 2 Servers (6 pax):
    • Setup of porcelain plates, cutlery, napkins [red/white] and globet glasses on tables [6 pax] + VIP Plated Meals [Decorative items not included].
  • Additional setup of VIP setup is subjected to charges:
    • Setup of porcelain plates, cutlery, napkins [red/white] and globet glasses on tables & necessary additional servers + VIP Plated Meals [Decorative items not included] - RM100/pax.

Guest Table:

  • Setup of cutlery, napkins [red/white] and hi-ball glasses on tables [Decorative items not included].

Cake Cutting:

  • Perfect Match Catering & Event PLT will assist in the cake cutting and distribution of cake to guest (We will serve the wedding cake based on 1 sharing plate per table).

Welcome Refreshment:

  • Welcome drink (Refreshing Detox Water) will be included in the package. Perfect Match Catering & Event PLT will start serving welcome drinks 1 hour before the dinner starts.

Serving Duration:

  • The duration of the services including food and beverages prepared is for 3 hours only. Should you wish to extend please inform management in advance and additional charges apply.
  • We will not be liable for the food quality nor food contamination if any food is consumed after the recommended time, including takeaway food.
  • Our food will arrive 45 minutes - 1 hour before the event starts to maintain the freshness of the food.

Staffing:

  • Four (4) staffs will be allocated for every 100 pax.
  • Additional waiter will be charged at RM100 for the first three (3) hours.
  • Overtime/Additional hour – RM20 per hour per waiter on top of the base price.
  • Double rate will be applied if events fall on a Malaysian Public Holiday.
  • Additional fees will be applied if location is out of Klang Valley.

Setup:

  • Perfect Match Catering & Event PLT will arrive at the venue 45 minutes to 1 hour before the event to ensure the freshness of the food.
  • Setup of buffet line will be done 2 hours before the events. If you wish the setup to be done earlier, Perfect Match Catering & Event PLT will incur charges (RM200/hour).
  • Customers are responsible of furniture setup if the furniture is rented from third party.

Others:

  • Perfect Match Catering & Event PLT is HALAL certified. Customers are NOT ALLOWED to serve pork or food that contains pork/lard during the event.
  • We will not hold responsible for lack of successful/complaints for events caused by changes from clients within 48 hours.
  • We will not hold responsible for handling food and beverages that are not prepared from our kitchen. Please kindly inform the event coordinator in advance if you need us to perform such duties. Subject to management approval and additional charges will apply.
  • We will not hold responsible for any damages/missing items/running flow for food/beverages that are not prepared from our kitchen.

Booking & Payments:

  • All bookings are subjected to availability. Availability is based on first come first serve basis with 50% deposit payment.
  • We strictly do not accept any temporary reservations and verbal confirmations.
  • Payment should be made in person or collected by an authorized catering employee only.
  • Full payment should be made 3 days in advance of the event.
  • Perfect Match Catering & Event PLT reserves the right to change the menu & packages without prior notice.
  • Deposit is not refundable if cancellation is less than 14 days notice.
  • Customer will need to pay for any breakage and damages to equipments or crockery.
  • Bank transfer, cash or cheque payment is accepted. Please kindly provide proof of transaction after banked in.
