Ramadan 2021: You can now buka puasa with traditional Malay dishes from our Ramadan Iftar buffet packages

“The end of Ramadan is not ‘The End’ but it’s a Start of a New Journey leading towards The Jannah.”

The month of Ramadan will undoubtedly invoke nostalgia and reminiscences of the past. However, it would also offer an opportunity for Muslims to grow stronger spiritually. Especially since this will be the second year in a row that our Muslim friends will be experiencing the holy celebration during a pandemic.

With such conditions, travelling interstate is not permitted to curb the spread of the virus. But on the bright side, we can still get a taste of tradition this year through the experience of sharing a meal with the family and loved ones. Though most of us can travel to our nearest Bazaar Ramadan or enjoy a special meal at a hotel, for some of us this isn’t an option for safety reasons.

Nevertheless, don't be disappointed because Perfect Match Catering is offering Ramadan Iftar Buffet packages for everyone to enjoy. We offer a wide variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy all of your tastebuds. At the same time, it can be the cure of not being able to balik kampung to buka puasa with the rest of your loved ones this year.

Ramadan Buffet

A variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy. There’s Sambal Udang, Telur Kari, Ayam Kurma and way more.

To break it down into a few parts, let’s start off with the Ramadan Iftar Buffet package that is able to cater for a minimum of 50 people. Under this package, we have three sets (A,B,C) for you to choose from.

Each set comes with a variety of traditional Malay dishes like the creamy Ayam Kurma, spicy Ikan Sambal, Sauteed Broccoli and Cauliflower, Telur Kari, Buah Kurma. When it comes to the treats, we have included different types of kuih raya such as the Curry Puff, Kuih Talam, and Kuih Lapis, alongside your choice of a beverage: Refreshing Orange Juice or Syrup Bandung.

Our buffet package price ranges from RM35 to RM50 per head and each set varies as some comes with a substitution of the Ikan Sambal to Ikan Masak Merah. Whilst the others have additional dishes like the yummy Daging Masak Hitam and the mouth-watering Sambal Udang which actually is fairly significant when it comes to the Ramadan season. Imagine having those dishes with white rice or nasi minyak — it will certainly be mucho delicioso

In terms of the kuih raya, guests will be able to savour some Kuih Kacang Merah and Pulut Panggang as well to round out the heavy but delightful dinner.

The minimum order requirement for each set is 50 people and that includes a rectangular chafing dish, melamine plates, stainless steel cutlery as well as some disposable cups when it comes to the Standard Package. For the Premium Package, the rectangular chafing dish in particular is replaced with a roll-top and instead of disposable cups, hi-ball glasses will be provided throughout the event.

Decoration wise, we provide artificial flowers to be placed on the buffet tables. Serving time included in the package is 3 hours. All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, with a 50% deposit due upon acceptance and the remaining balance due on the date of arrival.

Extension of catering services such as canopy, furniture, staffing, and time extensions, are available with additional charges. For a full list of services and charges, contact us via Whatsapp.

Ramadan Mini Buffet

The delicious Ayam Kurma makes the perfect dinner party dish.

Then there’s our Ramadan Iftar Mini Buffet that consists of two sets: Ramadan Iftar Mini Buffet RI1 and Ramadan Iftar Mini Buffet RI2.

The price per head for the first set is RM30 and it comes with the flavourful Ayam Kurma, Ikan Sambal, Telur Kari, some vegetables like the Sauteed Broccoli and Cauliflower, then the Buah Kurma, Curry Puff, and Pulut Panggang which all comes served with white rice. As for the minimum order requirement, it’s only 20 people. Meaning to say, this Mini Buffet set is perfect to cater for a small gathering at home during the fasting season.

As for the Ramadan Iftar Personal Mini Buffet RI2 (RM40, per head), it doesn’t come with Telur Kari but is exchanged with Daging Masak Hitam — yummy! And to end your heavy feast, our set is included with Kuih Lapis and Kuih Talam

Ramadan Personal Mini Buffet

The first Personal Mini Buffet available in Malaysia

In case you missed it, we introduced our Personal Mini Buffet in March, making it the first of its kind in Malaysia. It comes in our personalized Perfect Match box, which is available in two colours: Black and stunning Red.

Our Ramadan Personal Mini Buffet is suitable for daily meals, conferences, office meetings, and the majority of corporate activities.

With two Personal Mini Buffet sets, you get the option of trying out the similar dishes as mentioned earlier. Price points? It ranges from RM30 - RM40.

Our Personal Mini Buffet comes with six different dishes that will satisfy one’s taste buds.

With the rise of the COVID-19 cases, it is safe to celebrate this glorious month with loved ones and friends at home. And that’s why our Ramadan Iftar buffet options make the perfect option for everyone.

The month of Ramadan not only teaches us to fast but to strengthen friendships and strengthen bonds between family and friends. Enjoy and appreciate this holy month with your loved ones and friends by breaking fast with our Ramadan offerings.
